    What to bring

For the class you will need...

Very clean trainers (not worn outside) or bare feet

Leggings / joggers / shorts are all fine

Padded cycle shorts make life comfier – more put them over your leggings

If you have very long hair, please tie it back so it doesn’t get caught in your bungee

Bring water and maybe a small towel if you sweat a lot

Other bits...

Don’t eat just before the class... leave it a couple of hours

Make sure you turn up early to get fitted with your bungee and harness

Please visit the loo before class as once the harness is on it would be difficult to get out of the harness and back in again
