We are really excited to bring this fantastic fun exercise class to our studio
Move around, jump, spring and fly like never before in a fitness class
Wearing a harness and attached to a bungee, your instructor will take you through movements and exercises that will challenge and motivate you and work your entire body, whilst being kind to joint and low impact
Fly, float and move around. The class is a real mix of resistance work, Cardio and core strengthening.
Expect to work hard but also at your own pace so this truly is for everyone, and expect to laugh as you explore what you can do.
When booking we will need to know your weight so we can get the correct size bungee ready for you – we do double check when you arrive at the studio as it is very important, we get the correct size for each person.
Maximum weight is 100 kilos, but special arrangements can be made for heavier weights (by combining bungees by special request) – contact the studio.
Group classes will hold a maximum of 10 people, but smaller groups can be arranged for your family or friends or even one to one session
Classes are £15 per person per class or cheaper if you book a block of classes, pre booked only.
